Booking / Cancellation Policy for Christmas Party Lunch / Dinner:
Please note that a £10.00 deductible from the final bill but not refundable deposit per person will be required when booking to secure your date, time and table. To process your booking we will need your credit / debit card details.
A cancellation fee of £20.00 per person will be made to your credit / debit card, in the event of less than 14 days notice given of any cancellation, reduction of number of guests or amendments.
A cancellation fee of £30.00 per person will be made to your credit / debit card, on the day of the event given of any cancellation, reduction of number of guests or amendments.
However, if we are able to resell your table to a group of the same size we will be happy to waive the charge.
